We are excited to welcome the congregation back and see your faces* in person again. KI is your spiritual home and we are happy to welcome you back home in a safe way. 

If you are interested in attending Yizkor in the sanctuary, please complete the requested information in this form.

A few days before, you will receive an email indicating whether or not you are confirmed to attend services in-person. Unfortunately, we may not be able to accommodate all requests as we maintain compliance with county and state regulations with the particulars of the facility in mind. We thank you in advance for your understanding as we do everything we can to balance how much we miss seeing all of you in person with what's needed in order to congregate responsibly. 

For those who prefer to continue attending services at home/while wearing sweatpants, please note that services will continue to be available to watch via Zoom by visiting this link.
