CHILDREN'S PROGRAMMING REGISTRATION

Please fill out the fields below to register your child for Children's Programming during the 5779/2018 High Holy Days.  Please note that you must complete one form per child. Once you've submitted this form, you'll see a link to submit an additional form, if needed.

NOTE: As a reminder, there is no child care at the Westwood Village Theatre. We are happy to provide Children's Programming at KI for Westwood Village Theatre's morning services only.
