CORE GOALS AND MISSION

In the Jewish Experience Center, we facilitate meaningful and joyful Jewish experiences and prepare students to be Jewish adults in the world today by:

  • Providing opportunities for students to explore and understand how our ancient tradition provides meaning and direction in our lives.
  • Educating students about the most foundational parts of our tradition, including history, theology and culture.
  • Teaching students the building blocks needed to read Hebrew and recite our Shabbat prayers.
  • Giving students opportunities to develop a connection with the people, culture and state of Israel.
  • Providing opportunities to experience the joy of celebrating Judaism in community through family programming, Shabbat experiences, retreats and youth group events.
  • Developing mensches (good people) by teaching and modeling the values of tzedakah (justice), g'milut chasadim (righteous deeds) and tikkun olam (repairing the world).

Thanks to the generosity of the resnick family, we have fully renovated our school space to better adapt to the needs of our learners
