Technical Support / Questions
We're here to help! On Erev Rosh Hashanah (9/18), Rosh Hashanah (9/19), Kol Nidre (9/27), and Yom Kippur (9/28), please call 310-459-2328 and a member of the KI High Holy Days Answer Squad will be happy to assist you starting an hour prior to the service all the way until the end of each service. Outside of those hours, or for non-urgent questions, please send an email to hhdhelp@ourki.org and be sure to include your name and contact information.

High Holy Days Services on Your TV
The way to connect your device (phone, tablet, laptop) to your television for a larger viewing experience depends on the technology you're using. While there are infinite combinations between devices, some of the most common ways to connect are through Apple TV (when using Apple devices), Roku (when using Windows/Android devices), and connecting your device to your TV with a wired connection or other means. Unfortunately, due to the wide variety of ways to connect and the countless number of devices, KI regrettably cannot provide support for connecting your device to your television. If the links in this section don't provide information on your particular setup, rest assured that a simple Google search for your particular TV and device is guaranteed to find information about the best ways to connect.

What's the difference between a Zoom webinar and a Zoom meeting?
A Zoom meeting is a collaborative experience in which all participants (who have enabled their audio/video) can be seen and heard. Zoom webinars are a presentational experience with attendees having the ability to see and hear selected "panelists" but video and audio for attendees is turned off to maximize focus on the speaker.

"On Demand" Services
As they become available, we will post videos of services in the space below. Please note that due to the size of the video files of our live services, this process can take 24-48 hours to ensure that we're providing the same level of experience that viewers enjoyed while watching our live stream.

Our ticketed services will be posted following the conclusion of the High Holy Days.
